Freight Forwarder enters pricing information into Manager for each customer. Manager distributes pricing information (tariffs) to Agents on the office network. Freight office personnel use Agent for quoting freight or processing orders over the phone.

Manager outputs Shipper installation files for use at customer site so freight customers may obtain quotes, process orders, label freight, etc. without first contacting freight office.
