MISSION: Mid-West Regional Office
Under contract with Defense Advanced Research Projects Administration (DARPA), develop a worldwide military internet system to be used for warfare simulation traffic and command and control system testing. As system reaches maturity, it is to be turned over to federal agency for permanent management.
CONTRIBUTION
Create software and administrate database for the Network Encryption System for the Defense Simulation Internet .
Design software/configuration and administrate database for BBN, Wellfleet, Cisco router systems for the DSI.
Handle customer service and troubleshooting of configuration and software related problems at customer sites and network nodes.
Administrate Sun Microsystems (specialized) LAN/WAN.
Develop various application and utility software.
