RateFinder Agent is outwardly identical to the Customer version with a few exceptions. Agent is the in-house software system installable in the operations department allowing the forwarder to choose from any number of individual customer tariffs or company tariffs for quoting or billing purposes.

RateFinder Agent automates quoting and billing by customer tariff. Instead of manually calculating the price of a shipment, a rate quote can be accomplished on the spot and faxed or emailed directly to freight customers through the computer. Agent will generate rateqoute, and also provide operations people with the airport code and waypoint (A thru Y) data by zipcode for routing purposes.
